My Approach
I use evidence-based approaches, establish a trusting relationship and draw on my clients’ strengths in order to assist people in the following areas:
1) experiencing positive growth,
2) developing life, relationship and coping skills and
3) leading healthy, productive lives.
My flexibility, creativity and holistic approach to mental health allow me to provide services to a diverse clientele.
Education
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, which is a specialized doctoral level therapist and evaluator. Many people do not know that it takes over 10 years of education and training to become licensed as a psychologist.
